Do not order from this place!!!! I ordered online and they took my money. When I arrived the guy said they have no burgers? I told him to give me my money back and he refused and said I had to call some other number. Called the number and it is just a recording. Also this is dickies bbq not a real business called big deal burger.

Will not go back there. The food was no where near what was expected. For the price I can go to grumps and get a good burger. The grilled cheese burger was two pieces of bread with a patty and cheese. I was already concerned about going with the issues I have had with this Dickey’s in the past but I was willing to try Big Deal. I willnever make that mistake again. Already have sent in the compliant to the Big Deal website.

Absolutely the worst meal ever! Fries were cold, soggy & undercooked. Burger Pattie’s were over cooked & condiments were missing. When I saw the Dickies BBQ bag I was immediately suspicious as there are about 3 restaurants operating out of the same location and all of them are horrible!
