The burger pictured was supposed to be a grilled cheese burger with grilled cheese instead of buns. Instead we got a gross, overcooked burger with two cold grilled cheese sandwiches on the top and bottom. The Cajun fries were cold, overcooked, and covered in dry Cajun seasoning. The other two burgers didn’t have any of the toppings that we asked for, and the meat itself seemed like the patties you get at a school cafeteria. We will never order from this place again.

My review got taken down by the restaurant probably because I spent a little over 24 hours in the ER with E. coli and a staff infection from the burger that I received from this restaurant I’ve made several attempts to contact the restaurant and I’ve only talking to extremely sixth grade education at best managers. This business has been reported to the department of agriculture and the USDA. Not by me but by the doctors that took great care of me at Ochsner.

This is my second time ordering from Big Deal Burger through Uber Eats. Both times my entire order was incorrect. The first time they made all three burgers the exact same, and not one of them even resembled what I ordered. Mistakes happen, so I gave them another chance. This time all three burgers were made differently but all still wrong and they were cold. My daughter couldn’t even eat hers because it had cheese on it and she is allergic. I ordered the single burger for her, because that is the only burger without cheese on the menu, and there is no way to type specifications. I tried calling the restaurant several times, and it says the line is busy. This place is absolute garbage. Don’t waste your money. If you do, there is no way to contact them to attempt to get it back.

This place is horrible we order from them on 4/6 thru postmate and they got our order completely wrong. my co-worker order the impossible burger and i order a regular burger with cheese everything i ordered on my burger was on her and vise verse. i called the location and Alan the young man who answered the phone was very nice and try to solve the problem but when he called the GM Sherry and try to explain to her what happened all she told him was read the order back to her the both have bacon on the them. first of all that is not even the problem lady so he tried to explain again and she said well that’s not our fault i need to call postmate well i didn’t know that the delivery people are the ones who make the food that they are picking. We will never be ordering from them again and if i could have given them a review with no stars i would.

I ordered food from these clowns via UberEATS and my driver called to tell me they had nothing ready after an hour. I spoke about my experience with my friends and they said Big Deal Burger is a ghost restaurant for Dickeys and the location should be closed down as it has non-stop problems.
