We found this little spot by google search when visiting from Kansas City, and I’m so glad we did. On Thursday they have tons of food, and I couldn’t decide on the sides so I tried almost everything. The fried chicken fell right off the bone, the greens, cabbage, macaroni and cheese, and candied yams were absolutely delicious. Then there was CHOCOLATE CAKE! It was so moist and literally melted in my mouth. The highlight was the wonderful family vibe from the man behind the counter. I would eat here everyday if I could!

Stopped by on a roadtrip through the South and felt like I was family with the service! The owners are amazing and gave us a education on what good soul food is. Amazing fried chicken, the best meatloaf you will ever have, and the list goes on and on! You must stop in for a bite! You will not be disappointed!
