I am a truck driver. I called in my order for delivery. The guy that took my order was very polite friendly and respectful. My pizza got here. Well within the time that I was told it would be delivered. The pizza is phenomenal. very delicious. The chicken wings are very good and hot. Not spicy hot. Heat hot meaning freshly cooked. I love ordering from local pizza shops. Way better quality food and friendlier staff than the big chain pizza places. The delivery driver called me when he got to where I was parked at. And he was very polite and friendly as well. Will definitely be ordering from big daddy’s Pizza again when I’m in Salt Lake City.

Pizza was decent… nothing to write home about. But overall we enjoyed it. The service and staff was good, seemed very friendly and nice when we went in to pick up our pie. The actual store and location was definitely a little off-putting as it seemed pretty rundown and very dark outside around that. But if you can get past that the pizza was pretty good.

We had a some concerns so we tried to call and get the problem taken care of Unfortunately the person on the phone refused to help or talk to us. He says he was the manager when I ask to speak to the manager. Our food was all undercooked and not safe to eat especially the chicken wings . I ask him if we could maybe get this fixed he told me to call door dash . I said that door dash did not cook the food that Big daddy’s cook the food and that big daddy’s should be the ones fixing this problem. Then I was told nope and I needed to call door dash. And he then ask when did I order the food and I told him I just made the order tonight. He was rude and very unprofessional he did not want to help us fix this issues he

Me and my boyfriend loves this place! Every time we come here pizza is so hot and amazing! My boyfriend went inside and ordered four things well we left and almost got to my house and he noticed that he was missing a $100.00 so he told me to call them and find out so I did well the people are so freaking amazing they called me back and found the money!! Thank you so much for the employees we need so many more honest people like this! I told my boyfriend to tip them $20.00 for being honest and calling us back!!

I enjoy Big Daddy’s Pizza, I usually go at around 1-2 am. They are always kind, and patient. I am kind of deaf so I sometimes don’t hear them. Even so they stay patient with me throughout our interaction.

We ordered it for delivery and the food arrived quickly. It was a good pizza but nothing to really write home about. We got what was called the “white pizza” which featured white sauce and cheese. We ordered ours with extra cheese for a dollar more!

We were in a rush, and this place was close by. It has a drive-through window which should’ve been a sign to us. It seems like most of their business must be delivery and pick up at the window. The pizza was a step maybe above a little Caesars.

Don’t bother signing up for their rewards program. I received an email for my birthday for a free pizza. I was ordering that and other items but the manager of this location said the coupon was not eligible for delivery. It didn’t state anywhere on the coupon or email that it was not eligible for delivery. I was fully prepared to pay the delivery fee and the additional items. I guess I have ordered my last Big Daddy’s Pizza.
