The food was absolutely delicious, smash burger, fries and shrimp tacos are amazing. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is that this place is way understaffed and it’s nobody’s fault but the owners. Been waiting over 15 minutes for a refill and still nobody. The great tasting food was over powered by absolutely poor management. If you come here and want a refill I would recommend setting at the bar or otherwise you’ll be thirsty for a long time.

Went for lunch, the wait staff is friendly and quick, the food was good. We didn’t see the pizza on the menu but it was online and they did still sell it so we got a pepperoni pizza. I also ordered pickle fries and a mojito. The pizza was definitely good nothing too special, pickle fries were good too but they had pretty thick breading, and the mojito was pretty sweet.

This was a random stop because we didn’t want to spend a lot for our last dinner in Key West. Needless to say, it was one of our favorite meals! They had a hot turkey sandwich with gravy and mashed potatoes on special, and the turkey was smoked! The flavor was incredible! Drinks were delicious and reasonable, and awesome pickle fries- with homemade ranch!!! Awesome food!

Relative newcomer to Key West (formally Charlie Mac’s, then Lost and Found). Right next door to The Parrot and across the street from Bearded Lady (grab some food from Big Cheezees and take it over to either). Huge bar, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Best known for their awesome smash burger and delicious handcut fries. Awesome Happy Hour (2-5pm) with half-price drafts and wells and excellent discounted appetizers (the fish dip with homemade pita chips is delicious). Definitely not a Key West must-do, like Pepe’s or Blue Heaven or B.O.’s or Schooner Wharf or Hogfish (on awesome Stock Island), but it’s definitely worth a stop on an extended trip to Key West.

I’m a local so I know most of the staff and they are all wonderful!! The food portions are great, I’m always very full and satisfied when I leave there. The BBQ, fries, sliders and pizza are something to check out and if u are into coney dogs definitely get one there!

It is an open-air pub. The staff were great and made sure you had everything you wanted and needed. The day we were there, the pub was short staffed, but that didn’t seem to make a difference they were able to keep up. The smash burgers we had were pretty damn good and seemed to be popular. We would definitely go back. I would suggest you give them a try.

My friend told me that he is in love with a restaurant that had moved next to The Green Parrot. Interested, yet never having heard of it, I pulled up Big Cheezees on Google Maps and instantly spotted their pit beef sandwich offering, a popular sandwich in my hometown of Baltimore. Not common in the south, it’s a sandwich I had long missed. We headed over and I ordered their pit beef with fries and the sandwich was so big, juicy, and delicious at a fair price. The fries weren’t great, but as a server, I know fries are often prepared and held in most restaurants for ticket time efficiencies, so I don’t ding places if they’re not that great. They weren’t at all bad, just meh. My friend said he probably gets their smash burger a few times a week, which means it must be delicious since he’s a foodie with good taste. I see Big Cheezees becoming a new favorite spot. I am looking forward to trying their smash burger next. Perhaps with their mac and cheese, which my friend says is also amazing … and I’ve never disagreed with his taste.
