Awesome burger joint. Tons of options. A traditional grilled burger, so not that thin smashed patty. Has that chargrilled taste and smell. The experience can almost be overwhelming with all the choices and toppings. The staff was amazing and friendly. Service was fast. I do wish they had a paper where you could build your burger by marking the toppings you want and then hand that to the register. That might make it easier to feel like you didn’t miss out on something delicious. Either way we will be back. Would strongly recommend a stop if you are craving a good grilled burger.

So I’m from Mt. Airy where you can throw a rock and hit someone selling burgers on a flat top. That being said it’s hard to impress me. I was asked how I wanted it done which I find funny because you either cook hamburgers done or extra done because you risk getting sick eating raw hamburger. I got the longhorn and it was good however for $9 BBS is as overrated as I thought. -1 star because of the price, everything else was just fine however I’ll probably never eat here again. My fiancé and I tried big burger spot for the first time Sunday. We ordered to go. We really enjoyed the burgers, and all the customizations you can do, not to mention the prices are pretty affordable. When it came to the fries, I was quite disappointed because we ordered a large specialty fry -which is supposed to be enough for two people, and not even half of the box was full and these fries were $9. I’m not sure if it was a mistake and they only gave us a small, but I will know for the future now not to order the large specialty fries (pictured as they came…we hadn’t eaten any)

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The menu is displayed in several places and is easy to read. You order at the register, then wait for your name to be called for food pickup. Our party of 4 was served very quickly. Everyone’s food came out as ordered and was cooked correctly. There is ample seating. The high ceilings and metal chairs make the place a little noisy, but this is the norm for most new fast-food restaurants.

I forgot to take a before pic.. this wasn’t worth $33. Burger wasn’t seasoned at all. Asked for a lettuce bun and they were on buns. Child size plastic wear and a huge side salad with mostly lettuce and a small salad dressing and they charge 50 cents for xtra!Total rip! Won’t be back and with all the burger places around that you can go to, go elsewhere.

All of their menu items sound delicious but they seem to always be lacking in flavor whenever we have eaten here. The mushroom Swiss burger was okay but just did not have any depth of flavor that I was hoping for and the white truffle fries are basically just fries sprinkled with shaved Parmesan cheese but didn’t really have any flavor infused. Burgers are very greasy leading to unhappy bellies later. On a positive note, the employees are always friendly and they have very nice high chairs for babies.

Wow! Every Big Burger Spot we have been to has not disappointed. The ingredients are all fresh and put together very well. The beef is excellent and always cooked to perfection. I would love to know the secret they have for keeping their fries so crispy.. seriously, some of THE best fries around.

Great burgers and fries! The Bacon Bacon Cheddar cooked medium is fantastic and highly recommended. The Cajun seasoned fries are delicious. Long cut, not overcooked and perfectly seasoned; not over salted as can be the case with some Cajun seasoning. Wife had the sweet potato waffle fries that were really good as well that came with a cinnamon sauce. We will definitely stop again on way through.
