The person in charge of the ice cream doesn’t even notify the customer and about the food I guess they were waiting for the cook to arrive or something because it took them 25 minutes and other customers were also waiting for their order and it’s not the first time it happened to us but I know better NOT to go back again

My boyfriend & I just went and picked up some burgers & fries for lunch, not only was it only $16 for the both of us but the food was HOT & DELICIOUS best burger I’ve had in a while 5/5 this is our new spot

Usually have great service, went the other night and ordered a BBQ sandwich. I asked the guy in the window to take off the pickles and onions, and asked for cheese. He tells me the BBQ sandwich doesn’t come with cheese, so I ask him I he can put cheese on there, he says and I quote “no I can’t put cheese on the sandwich because cheese is for burgers”. I asked if he could sell me a slice of cheese on the side and he replied in an agitated voice that no they don’t sell cheese on the side. By that time I was mad and decided to leave, as I got in my car I noticed him telling the little elderly lady in there and they started laughing. If that is how they are going to to handle customer service I don’t want to go back and will discourage others from going

If you like old fashioned hamburgers or cheeseburgers, you will LOVE this place! Burgers are a good size with fresh vegetables. They have family packs that are more than reasonable.

Burgers are in my opion are the best in town. I noticed a help wanted sign, need Casher. They NEED ONE VERY MUCH SO. The young lady and the guy both need to learn how to enteract with people and how to at least SMILE. Have a personality, be Friendly. NOT A GRENCH.

It took a bit over 30 minutes for our food, and we weren’t very impressed with it. They only had burgers and fries. Nothing else that was on the menu was available. There is limited parking and no dining area. The price was good, though!
