Just like I remember when I was a kid and it was called Bob’s Big Boy. I had the best cheeseburger in the world (that’s what it’s called) and it was really good and juicy. Tons of flavor. The fries are still outstanding. Great customer service to top it off.

Walked in restaurant was empty. Ordered the super big boy w/fries. Received my order fries were old and sunk in. Waitress took them back, said out loud “can I get a re fry on fries he says they are old”. 1 min later I get fries.. the same fries back just re heated. Still sunk in and chewy. For being empty I would expect better. This is why businesses are failing. Lack of quality service with honesty, and people who actually care for the product they put out.

Waitress Korie(I think) answered all my questions and was very personable. Food was average except for the strawberry Brownie dessert. Omg, it came out looking just like the picture(which I should’ve taken) and delicious! Big enough to split. If you happen to have a Groupon-make sure it says St.Johns Big Boy at the top or else they don’t take it.

I hadn’t eaten at Big Boys in over 18 years and I was disappointed. The menu options were very limited and my slim jim(ham sandwich) came on a burnt on top sesame seed hamburger bun. It was a small bun and the price was close to $10 it was so not worth it. Even my drink tasted watered down.
