I always thought all big boys where the same. I was wrong. Our waitress took forever to come back to take our order, and when she did she mentioned how she was in the bathroom. Ok, we didn’t need to know that. Then our food came out. My sauce was burnt. It looked so unappetizing. My husband pointed and asked our waitress what that gross looking stuff on my sauce was, and she said burnt from the pan sauce. Well, she shouldn’t have even served it, but didn’t care. Then she leaves and never checks back on us. She sent another waitress to ask us how we were after we were pretty much done eating. I won’t return to this one. Salad bar was disgusting as well. The restaurant was dead so there was no excuse for the terrible service.

This place was fine. People were very nice. Our waiter was slow to begin with, then dropped our entire order. They got it replaced pretty quickly, but no one apologized. We thought maybe a discount, but nope, they just acted like nothing happened. Most of the food was fine but cold after waiting a long time!

Very nice! Hit the spot. Nice atmosphere, clean restaurant and it has a cozy feel to it. The staff was friendly and our waitress was very polite. The burger I had was super good! Nice and juicy, usually I’m not a huge fan of bacon on burgers but it was some good bacon. I reccomend this location

We’re usually late evening dinners, but we have been making it to Big Boys before they close at 8pm for take out. Been about 6 to 7 years. Oh goodness. They are like I remember when I was a kid to young adult hood

Really nice big boys here at this location in Port Huron. Nice salad bar even have shrimp on it! Has several different fruits, many different salads. The only thing was they didn’t have the broccoli and cheese and ham soup, which is a staple for here! I’ll probably be back to this location!

I went there today because I am by myself for Easter and I am very glad I did. The waitress was such a sweetheart and very nice and the food was good and reasonably priced. I think it was the owner that came over to me, as well, and made sure everything was ok for me. They made my Easter feel less lonely and made my day much better. I will be back. Good job guys!!! Ty!! ❤️

They need to work on there carry out orders, when the customer asks for ketchup, it should be in a place where the waitress can get to it as soon as they ask for it, not having to wait addition 5 minutes watching the waitress look for it! So that made my food COLD and she didn’t add salt to my Fry’s or even ask me if I wanted Salt! I would add they where busy so I can over look that it took sometime to get it! But the other stuff No! And I even gave a tip! To bad I can take that back because I had to pay before I got my food! Now On I won’t give a Tip!

waitstaff are amazing, menu isn’t the best, prices are too high for portions and freshness. Salad bar, chick Peas were not rinsed, not worth the 12.99. As we were waiting to pay our bill, we were horrified to see the cook cough without even trying to cover his mouth or turn away from the plates that were in front of him . we will never go back. 🙁

Don’t eat here. They charge whatever they want for the food. Husband ordered a strawberry waffle. Came with no strawberries and no whipped cream. Sent it back for the strawberries. Still no whipped cream. Ordered pie to go charged us nearly double. Told them to keep it. We come from Florida to.get this ffood and it was the worst service and place we ate at.

I asked for over light on my eggs and the waitress “insisted” that wanted them over easy! “Cuz I’ve been a waitress for 50 years, and, trust me, you do want them over medium.” Well, I like dipping my toast in the egg yoke and one of the eggs had less yoke than the size of a dime! Not happy.
