Was doing some exploring and shopping in downtown Flagstaff when hunger struck! On a whim, we decided to eat at Big Bowl Noodle on San Francisco Street. I am so happy we did because the food was delicious and the portions were huge! The staff there was really friendly and the service was great. They give you a little sheet of paper so you can create your own soup with a broth, noodle type, protein, and veggie choices. They also have a full menu of appetizers and other dishes you can order. And the prices were extremely reasonable. Plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options if needed. What a great spontaneous find for us!

We both had make your own bowls. One pork broth, roasted pork, ramen, and various verges. And one beef broth, beef, vermicelli with veges. Both tasted great and came out within minutes. Pics included were over halfway eaten…couldn’t wait. We washed it down with a Kirin ($7 for the 22oz.), and a wine ($6.50).

We stumbled in here on a whim and were blown away by how good it was! Service was friendly and very quick on a Friday evening. Customizing your soup was a fun experience and the bowl was massive and absolutely delicious. Some of the best broth I’ve had. (note that the broth is more similar to pho than traditional ramen broth) Would absolutely recommend!

Great authentic food, and amazing service! Always attentive and happy to wait on you, and I’m pretty sure they are the owner, so you know they love their business when they are willing to serve you themselves! Prices are fair and the red pork ramen with fried shrimp and wontons is incredible! Been coming every weekend for weeks now

super cute little hole in the wall ramen spot. i love that they let you customize your ramen – it’s hard to find places that are not primarily pork-based. loves the decorations and the food was delicious

We had a couple of tasty bowls (a beef one and a veggie one) and a plate of vegetables tempura. Food is delicious, prices are ok and the service is very nice. I don’t understand the previous bad reviews they received. Broths are definitely not all the same! We liked a lot this place and would love to go back.

Our server was amazing and we enjoyed our appetizers. The bowl of noodles we came for was a miss though. It was oddly sweet (we both got different things) and the bowl was big but the noodles didn’t fill it out. The food looked amazing coming out but the flavor was just not there, and with so many other places to get a fantastic noodle soup, I would skip this place next time.

This place is awesome! I got the their creamy Tom yum soup with braised pork and it was incredible! A little over looked but the people who own Dara Thai own this place as well! All their broths are homemade and super high quality! Even the vegetarian broth was exploding with flavor and came with crunchy fried garlic! It was incredible!

I got the tom yum hot and sour broth with beef and meatballs, an extra egg, and the fried wontons. My wife got pork broth, and hey brother the beef broth. All were pretty good though mine was maybe a bit more sour/tart than I expected.

The watermelon cream boba I ordered was absolutely delicious, but too much ice.
