Please stay away from this place in MDW airport. Food was very bad and the service was even worse. I was in transit and went here as this was the only place which was not crowded. Made a mistake to not read the reviews before going here ☹️

Avoid at all costs. $20 for worst beef and broccoli I’ve had in my life. That would maybe be forgiveable but the place is called “Big Bowl” and this was basically a school lunch portion. At least I didn’t have to feel bad about wasting “food,” but this is NOT worth $20 (no sides, no drink, no upgrades). Immense amount of salt to try and cover how wretched the meat was, limp broccoli and mushrooms that would put Good Year to shame for how rubbery they were.

The worst rice and chicken I’ve had in my whole life. Not worth the 17 whatever bucks I paid. The workers didn’t even know what I ordered after I had paid. Felt disgusting after eating this and I do NOT recommend eating here.

I had far better customer service here than any other restaurant at Midway. The food was good too. On par with panda express. I hope the other new restaurants coming to mdw follow suit.
