Big Belly is the best pizza in Lancaster. It’s affordable and always consistent. The staff are always nice and are quick to fix mistakes, which there has only been one that I have experienced. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never been disappointed.

So we ordered a Philly cheesesteak and literally there was no steak in this sandwich at all. So disappointed. it’s literally like they gave us just bread with melted cheese on it. It’s like they got the cheese on it and then forgot the rest. Would not recommend.

My friends and I had lunch here because of the interesting pizza toppings, including The Big Dill which has pickles and pesto, and TNT which has hot cheetos and nacho cheese. We had a large pizza split between the Veggie Combo and The Big Dill. I enjoyed the Big Dill but my friends weren’t fond it. The place has a single table with 6 chairs, enough for 5 of us. I would eat from this place again and try the other unique toppings.

Stumbled upon this place by accident. We went for dessert next door and decided to get pizza for the kids. We ordered the TNT, and the kids loved it. What got me was the customer service. The lady taking my order was one step ahead and on point. Thank you for giving your staff proper training.
