My family recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Bear Pizza in Gatlinburg, TN, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made us feel like valued guests. The cozy ambiance, with its rustic decor and comforting aroma of freshly baked pizzas, immediately made us feel at home. The seating was comfortable, and we were fortunate enough to choose a table near the large windows, providing us with breathtaking views of Gatlinburg as we indulged in mouthwatering pizzas.

After a very long day around town, we stopped at two other pizza places: First one told us it would be 25 minutes to seat our party of only 4! And even longer for us to takeout a pizza! Which didn’t make any sense! Second stop told us it would be 35 minutes for takeout and they didn’t offer the option to eat in! We came here, were seated instantly! Ordered, got our food very quickly, friendly service, and the pizzas were amazing!!! My son says he’d give them 20 stars if he could!! Definitely worth checking it out if you’re in town!!

Do not go. I use to love this place. Took all the kids there and ordered over a hundred dollworth of pizza. That was 4 larges. It was so terrible as they got toppings wrong and pizza was just no good and when we told them they did nothing. Literally took 3 pizzas home. I wasted a hundred bucks. They have two liters but no ice to have a cold drink. Just a lot of money to waste beware and Don’t waste your money. Everyone can make a mistake but it’s how you fix it and when you do nothing then you don’t ever receive my business again.

Met the owner- shes super nice! But besides that their pizza is delicious. My partner and I devoured the veggie pizza in a matter of minutes. Also they give a really solid discount(better than most other restaurants) if you are a TN resident.

Great local pizza spot. Convenient to Gatlinburg. If you want great pizza and subs without the long wait try Big Bear. They also have some of the best burgers in town.

We ordered from them twice during our recent stay in Gatlinburg. We were very pleased! Delivery time was under 30 mins both times and compared to Atlanta prices it was affordable. They make great pizza but surprisingly they also make a fantastic burger! I highly recommend trying this place.

Very good food. WAY BETTER THEN PIZZERIA OF GATLINBURG!!!!!!! Delivery was fast and friendly. And food is very good. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the garlic knots are kinda just bread twists with nothing on them. But the kids still ate it so it’s a win for me.

First of all the service was great and the delivery time was just fine considering how busy they were on a Saturday night. However, the pizza was terrible. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza and I’ve had better frozen pizzas from a gas station. Maybe it’s just what we ordered but I was really disappointed.
