Driving through the area for work when the big Bear caught my eye. Early Saturday evening and we pulled in to get a bite. We ordered the prime rib, and both of us agreed it was by the far the most tender prime rib we had ever eaten. Friendly and prompt service as well. I’d highly recommend eating here.

Ate out on the deck and absolutely loved the view. The food was decent. Prices were a little high, but when you’re the only game in the area it makes sense. The service was quick and our server was nice. We also took advantage of their wood for sale since we were staying at LOTP @ Flambeau

Love this place… my first visit was back in the early eighties and a few time since then. I was on a canoe trip the first time and we walked over from our campsite just down river from there. It was the first real food in a week. We will be back!
