The acai classic bowl I had was absolutely amazing!! Fresh fruit, tasty granola, and amazing service. The two ladies working that day gave kind and speedy service as well as a very personalized experience! I will definitely be going back for more!!

Placed an online order for pickup and chose pineapple and raspberries for my toppings (paid an extra $1 for one of the extra toppings). I got there and they said they were out of pineapple and offered to do a different one. I asked for strawberries but was told no since they cost even more. So I just asked for the $1 to be refunded and I’ll take it with just raspberries. They looked at me confused and I had to ask again. The girl said she would have her manager do it and refund the money. It’s been a couple weeks now and I never was refunded the money.

I’ve had many Acai bowls in my life from many different vendors. Acai is my favorite flavor. I am not exaggerating when I say Big Acai’s acai bowl was the worst I’ve ever had, by far. Not only was it a rip off in terms of what comes standard in the bowl, the amount they give you for additional toppings is pathetic. The acai base they use is bland and somehow dry; an amazing failure.
