Biff’s is a local gem! Great Food, great price. It’s much better than your normal Coney Restaurant using better ingredients, bigger portions, and better prices. For example, look at their Philly Cheesesteak.. Very consistent food, very good cooks here. Biff’s is proof that not all Coney Joints are the same.. they are in a league of their own above the rest.

My son was visiting me from the Carolinas and decided he needed a Coney in his life, he’s used to it, he lived here before. We stumbled upon Biff’s. I didn’t know anything about it but took a chance. I’m so glad I did!! The place was busy, but we were immediately greeted and assisted. Wasn’t an over-the-top friendliness, but a pleasant busyness friendly which is right up my alley. It was genuine. Now on to the amazing food!! Our food was piping hot (food 101), fresh, and I savored every bit. I’m picky about my burgers, and this was one of the best I’ve had since moving back to Michigan. I’m going to presume that my son enjoyed his food, considering he was done in 5 minutes and looking for more. Can’t wait to bring my girls for our girls’ day out.

When we arrived, we sat down and we were handed our menus. 20 seconds later we were asked if we are ready to order. We asked for a couple minutes more. She seemed upset that we weren’t ready and she walked away only to have another person come to the table wanting our order. As soon as the first waitress walked away. Not 1 second. We felt very very rushed.

Very clean. Good food. The RUDEST young lady took care of us. Nowhere near friendly, didnt greet us but asked if we were ready… no eye contact, like we had the plague. I ordered a sprite at $4 and some change (ridiculously priced) and didnt get it. When my husband asked her about it she turned to walk away, the he said just take it off the bill, her reply was, “good”. Good? Not sorry? I left a $5 tip only because i had no singles to leave her $1 and even that was too much. First and last time going there.

Biffs is our family’s main go to place! My kids love it too. They treat us like family all the time. They’re very attentive. On a Sunday after church I could call them and on the drop of a dime the owners and managers will make a table ready to accommodate 20 of us! Thank you guys!
