My first time here and it was surprisingly good! First you picked the size and base you want, then the unlimited toppings and final choice is the protein! You also have a choice of two sauces! I had a small bowl with the sweet potato noodles as the base, added corn, kale, broccoli and purple cabbage, my protein was the Korean BBQ beef and I had the sesame ginger sauce! It was a perfect size and the flavors were fresh and tasty! I would definitely go back and try others! Oh, on Mondays you get 20% off for meatless Monday! Also there’s complimentary miso soup!

On the inside, this restaurant feels like a Chipotle. It’s got the walk-up and build your bowl as you go type of style. I like how that’s done here, as you can see the employee(s) making your food as your ordering it.

I usually prefer custom bowl, no extra charge and makes to your taste. Spicy chicken with sweet potato noodles is my favorite. Don’t forget to try gochujang sauce( feel free to ask on side if you are not sure of taste) their serving size is more than enough and no extra charge for any extra portions you want in there unlike many other fast food chains, so feel free to get what you really like in your bowl. Their patio seating is Great.

Bibibop is next up in the make-your-own-bowl game. The food here is fantastic. I’ve eaten two bowls, one with chicken and one with Korean BBQ Beef. Both meats were amazing. Mix and match any bases and toppings you’d like and I assure you will love it. I highly recommend the purple rice and the broccoli, but everything is good so just go with your own preferences. Cost is $12, but there are many rewards on the app that can get you a meal for under $10.

I am very picky when it comes to eating Korean food at a restaurant. The reason is my mom makes a good Korean food, so why pay to get Korean food outside? I did not expect I would like the food as this is not an authentic style bibimbop, but I immediately fell in love with the food and drinks from this restaurant. I would definitely come back for more tofu kale bowls. So yummy!
