Biang Biang is a great addition to the food scene on capitol hill. Serving Xi’an style noodles and other treats – it offers a good variety of spice level and meat options. They also have teas, and a decent variety of alcoholic beverages. I’m a big fan of the cumin lamb, that I’ve had a couple times now. Recently tried the curry chicken and was happy with that as well. Biang Biang is a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, on a date or with a small family. I haven’t had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a table. Service is pretty zippy here.

I’ve never had this type of noodle, so I was nervous to try it. They were amazing. I ordered the pork ribs with noodles. FYI, their broth is only made with pork. My friend does not eat pork, so she had to go with a dry noodle. I believe she ordered spicy beef noodles. She did not enjoy it like she was hoping. I did try hers and I wasn’t happy with the flavor. The spice helped give it some type of taste. Otherwise service and drinks were good. I forgot my license so I did not get to try any alcoholic beverages.

Great place for hand pulled noodle cravings. I ordered the Pork Ribs Dry Mix noodles which had really great flavor and not too spicy at all. The meat was very tender and also served with a hardboiled egg.

Delicious, good service, great atmosphere, fairly good portions, super fast, really great flavors. The noodles are fairly difficult to eat because they are so long and wide, so bring your chopstick skills! Totally worth it!!!

People have been raving about this place on social media so we went to try it…Wow! It was super delicious, the broth was amazing packed with flavors and the hand pulled noodle was perfectly made. You can get it with and without the broth but I highly recommend the soup version. Definitely coming back whenever we come back to the Evergreen State! Costumer service was great and the atmosphere was nice…..wish they had their own parking lot. Overall great experience highly recommended!

Noodles and sauce are bomb!! I was surprised the Spicy Beef Dry Mix wasn’t very spicy, but amazing flavor! Pork belly dry mix was delicious as well. Chive & Pork Dumplings also hit the spot.

The drinks were strong enough. Vegetable dumplings were pretty good.

Firm and flavorful hand pulled noodles that balance between salty and spicy. Well worth the wait/short-staff chaos. We had leftovers bc we got the potstickers and a bao. The drinks are quite strong too!

Overall the food was very good. I was disappointed with the pork/chive dumplings. The meat was sour and can’t quite pinpoint whether it was supposed to be sour or it had gone bad/spoilt. The other dishes were very good. Especially the noodles. That was our favorite. A little pricey but overall tastes good.
