Food is still decent, nice juicy burgers and good fries. However, the service has gotten so bad. The person who took my order was more interested in his phone than customer service, so my order came out wrong naturally. I ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 garlic fries, and 3 drunks. The manager was so defensive before I even said anything to her. She said, “You didn’t even pay for 3rd fries. See, it’s your receipt doesn’t have 3rd fries. ” At which point I just had to walk away because she’s rude and loud for no reason. I’m disappointed, I definitely won’t be coming here again

I was excited to try this place but it really isn’t all that honestly. I’d still rather spend my money at 5 guys. Service wasn’t that good, the person taking my order was not friendly. My burger was soggy and undercooked to my liking that I asked for. I wouldn’t go here again but it wasn’t the most terrible. Every table I tried to sit at as well was very sticky. My suggestion would be to stop hiring so many rude and unbothered teens! It started off my experience on the wrong note and the food was nothing to rave about

I remember when I used to love coming here to grab a burger. I don’t know what’s happened, but this place has definitely gone down hill. The burgers we had were burnt on the outside and overall tasted meh. The fries used to be great but they were nothing to write to Google about. The milkshake we got was TERRIBLE. You know it’s bad when neither of your kids will drink it. It had the consistency of straight milk, but with a watered down taste. I ended up having to go next door to Tutti Fruiti for dessert which was annoying after I had already paid for milkshakes. The decore was fine, but looks like it hadn’t been updated since it opened and one of the speakers must have had a tweeter blown as it was making annoying noises.

This place used to be 5 stars. I think the management changed sometime last year though and the service has been poor ever since. The quality of the food is still good, but sometimes the burgers and onion rings come out burnt, or cooked unevenly. They often forget things in orders. One time they forgot our onion rings, another time they forgot sauce on the side. Today they forgot the lettuce, caramelized onions and tomatoes on my burger. So it’s just a meat patty in a bun. They need to change up the manager and possibly some employees too.

If I could give this NO STARS I would! My husband’s burger still had the paper on it from when it was frozen. He was choking on it. The manager was incredibly rude and insincere. She was sarcastic and crass. She could care less about the danger that this gross oversight caused. DON’T GO HERE!!!! Their food didn’t taste bad but basic grilling of frozen patties requires the paper being removed!

After waiting for our food for 30 minutes, I took the receipt to the cashier and asked him “when is this order going to be ready?” He looked at the receipt and said “this was a while ago” and handed me back the receipt as if to indicate he’d done all that he could do. It turns out that the food had been just sitting with the takeout orders.

The food was okay, a little over priced. I had to ask the girl that was prepping my order to change her gloves because she was ringing people up on the register and texting on her phone with the same gloves and was about to prepare my burger. Also she had really long hair and no hair net, no one in there had a hair net. The floor was very dirty and sticky. I went here 5 years ago. It may be another 5 before I go back
