We have come here twice and it’s been consistent each time. Never a wait time and extremely well made food. The service is great and staff are kind. Prime rib, crab cakes, and espresso Martini are in the picture but we also got a new york steak and chocolate martini, both were amazing. Everything is cooked exactly as asked and it’s perfect for date night.

Maintains the feel of its original purpose as a railroad station. Has a nice salad bar with great bread and cheese, very good traditional food selections and friendly but not over-frequent service that all add to a comfortable experience. Parking is a challenge and expect to hear the trains pulling in and out – which I like. Pricing is moderate to expensive per person.

As we went into this restaurant, finding it completely by accident, we loved the old train station feel. It was very charming. Our server Michelle was wonderful and friendly and very attentive. The food was on point. The appetizers were spectacular. The French onion soup was perfect and when the main course came out I had scallops and prime rib, the prime rib, being a perfect rare that I had ordered and the scallops cooked just right and served in a hot butter sauce. To cap off the evening we had coffee and dessert, and the chocolate cake could not have been better , sweet and decadent without being over the top.All in all if I could give this place 10 stars I would, I can’t wait to go back again.

The salad bar, surprisingly, was very good. The dinner, scallops and (supposedly) sirloin, much less so. Extremely disappointing. The coffee was more like water with a coffee infused aroma. Neither of my companions fared any better.

Such a gem of a restaurant; makes me happy to be here. The food is so yummy, even the next day (got the prime rib; it seems a gamble ordering this sometimes, but theirs was like filet it was so tender, and excellent flavor); the salad bar is old-school fantastic, everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Plus the building itself is gorgeous with old wood and stained glass. A fantastic vibe.

My Mom enjoyed her baked haddock with garlic mashed potatoes. When you order an entree, be sure to read the paragraph at the top, which includes the salad bar, choices of sides, bread, and cheese.

Old school restaurant in Beverly. A solid go to for dinner. Steak and stuffed shrimp are top notch. The salad bar is a must. 1/2 off on your birthday!
