Lots of variety. Vegetables nicely prepared without added fat. Excellent fried Okra. I don’t eat animals but Beth they’re good. This is one of our favorite meat and threes south of Birmingham. They discount for cash.

New discovery! My first trip to this meat and three, cafeteria style restaurant was delightful. Nice variety, served hot with good portions. I had the turkey and dressing with baby green limas, rice and gravy and cornbread. All I can say is yum! Give them a try. I’ll certainly be back! Check their daily hours before going. They close at 2:30 weekdays.

We ate here for the first time last week and it was great! I love a good meat and 3, sit down and this place hit the nail on the head! The staff is great and friendly. The food was so good. The place was clean. I loved seeing the owner working as hard as her employees. We’ll definitely be back!
