Very fun place as you can tell by the name. Great quality coffee individually brewed by the cup. I loved the variety of drip coffee choices. Great looking food. Wonderful view right by the water. Knowledgeable staff as well. I tried three roasts, the Sumatra was my favorite, intense dark and delicious. The dante’s tornado had a very creamy mouth feel, but a touch lighter on flavor than I like. The Loop d’ Loop was also a good dark roast. It was very nicely balanced.

I loved every second of my altogether too short visit to this coffee shop. It was our last stop before heading out of town and I was just looking for a quick cup of coffee. While it was definitely quick, I also found a very cool space with water views, delicious food, and a variety of amazing pour over coffees. I went with the Ethiopia Sidamo which delivered hard on the promise of a “wild and complex” coffee. Absolutely stunning. I also got a few cookies for the road, but I wish I had more time for a quiche or cake. Can’t wait to come back!

We saw lots of quiches being made when they were closed, so we had to come and try it. Instead of using a flash oven like the MerryChef, the pies seem to be heated by microwave – yuk – so, the quiche is not very impressive, the salmon is rubbery and overcooked and crust is no longer flaky. I didn’t finish my quiche.

The coffee and the quiche was so good we also got pastries. We will definitely be back. The staff were wonderful.

Such a dreamy little waterfront cafe. Makes me wish I came to Port Townsend more just to sit around here and enjoy the atmosphere! Beach access right outside with plenty of picnic tables and a open seating area with lots of chairs and tables. Indoors, the cafe is so wooden and cozy with great window views of the water. Love that alternative milk is always free of charge and organic! And the salmon quiche is TRULY, creamy, decadent, flavorful, with the fluffiest interior and crispy crust.

I think about Better Living every time I visit another coffee shop, since none can live up to their standards. Absolutely the best coffee place I’ve been to, anywhere, and that’s not hyperbole. Great staff, wonderful coffee, delicious food. Just the best. Their pour over coffee is unique and special, none other like it. I love this place.

We had lattes, which were excellent. The vegan butternut squash turnover was amazing. Very flavorful. The sausage pepper quiche was also an excellent choice. I recommend trying this place out when you’re in Port Townsend.

Beautiful little spot right on the water with a great view if you’re able to snag a window seat. It’s situated right along the dock with outdoor seating and a micro-beach perfect for warmer days. I went with the salmon chowder to warm up and it was delicious. Great value and friendly service, lovely spot to unwind.

Awesome location overlooking the water. Atmosphere is very hip without pretense. My gluten free berry crumble hit the spot and the cappuccino was just the way I love it!
