Place was recommended by a friend and I’m grateful I listened. Ramen was cooked well and the broth was rich without being too much. Mushrooms were also cooked well with a small crunch still there. Favorite part was the pork! Had the right amount of fat and was super flavorful! 10/10 would recommend coming back again and definitely would recommend to others.

Came here for Sunday lunch while I was running errands in cap hill area. Underwhelming and I would have been more disappointed if I made my here just to try the noodles here.

This place was amazing, but NOT anymore. AVOID. When your main menu is two soups and your broth isn’t good anymore, what’s the point? Tiny portions.

Overall: A charming, small spot that’ll scratch most ramen itches

Amazing ramen place!! They really didn’t add any MSG and the broth was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend for people who like natural flavoring without much umami added. You could always thicken the broth by adding garlic or soy sauce they provided on the side. I would also recommend to arrive early!! The line gets long during peak hour since they don’t have restriction on dining time. Again, highly recommended!!

One of the best ramen that I’ve had in Seattle and the experience was unique even among all the ramen spots in Seattle! I recommend the hakata style ramen and remember to put the extra spices in that are available on your table. The restaurant itself is very small, intimate, and private at the same time. Highly recommend Betsutenjin to everyone!

Fairly busy on a Tuesday night. You order at the front and get guided to your seat. The seating area is secluded and you can pull the curtains once you do get your food to eat in private.

Great food and it felt very authentic to have ramen there, mind you there are only 2 choices available.

Easily the best ramen my kid and I have had. Coming from the SF Bay Area we’ve had some good ramen. But their silky pork broth is it! I come here every time I come to Seattle.

I don’t know why the review for this precious restaurant is not high. Perhaps the service? But my goal is tasting delicious ramen without disturbing and I got both. Isolated cubicle and silky ramen soup enlightened my day. Also highly recommend their lobster salad 🙂
