I thought by ordering eggs it would be difficult to screw that up, but they did. I ordered over easy and what they did was just over-fry them. The bacon was amazingly dried out, like it was under a heat lamp all day. The hash browns were on par with McDonalds and it made me wish I had eaten there instead. They add a 20% gratuity for bar service. My total for what you see was $20.08

The service was the worst. I went up to the register, it wasn’t busy, the server just stood there and nobody greeted me. I had to ask if I needed to order at a kiosk and the server said no.. it was awkward. I asked if I could order take out, they said yes..

Surprisingly good burger. It was not badly priced airport food. I got the 1/4 burger with fries and the 1/4 burger with tat-or tots.

Literally worst $18 salad ever. This was worst then what you pick up up at the grocery store.

The manager can’t explain what the additional airport charge is as LAX, this is the only restaurant in this terminal that charges this fee. The bartender will tell me it’s for the union. I do not feel that is my responsibility? The manager likes to ask what’s your problem when asked what the charge is but can’t answer the question. Instead she threatens to call the police I don’t leave. Lots of negative energy at this place.

It’s food at an airport, an airport in LA – of course the food is expensive (especially after all the taxes). But, wow, that is the best airport sandwich I’ve had for $15 (pre tax). Highly recommend the Pastrami #2, it was delicious and well worth hopping between Terminals for.

Solid quality and price for a salad at an airport. Nothing fancy but far better than the other reviews made it seem. Would eat again.

Stopped here for breakfast on my way out. I sat at the bar. Got the French toast. They neglected to tell me they were out of the fruit that was supposed to top the dish. The two counter service employees were too busy talking to each other and other vendor employees in the terminal. The cook called my order ready at the window three times before they brought it to me. When it was time to go I had a hard time getting their attention to ask for the check. Finally asked and then it was 15-20 minutes before they rang me up. Overall poor experience. Food was decent, just overpriced for what you get. Service was awful.

Service was bad and you can not reflect bad food service on you tip because they charge you a 20% tip so you are stuck with bad service because your bill will come to yo with a 20% tip included regardless weather the service is bad or not. Disgusting
