I recently dined at the Best Taste of India restaurant. The food was delicious and had great flavors. However, one aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of the establishment. Moreover, When I asked for a bowl of water to wash my hands, I was directed to the washroom, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient if they had provided a bowl of water at the table. Despite this, the overall dining experience was enjoyable due to the tasty food.

This was the absolute best Indian food I have ever had! We had the Chicken Vindaloo and the Chicken Korma with plain Naan. We also had their Samosa appetizer. The food was fabulous! If you are any where near Roseburg, Oregon, do yourselves a favor and stop here to enjoy a wonderful meal!

Food is good, indian music made for good ambiance. But the entrance is unclear as you enter the place. You enter the restaurant and have to go to the rear of the restaurant to have a host to sit you. We wondered around a bit and thought we may have entered through a delivery door. Worried that we would be given an apron and get yelled at for being late for our shift.

First time going here, I had the lunch buffet. I am fairly new to Indian cuisine and have some “food fears” the buffet was PERFECT way to try little bits of things, quite delicious. I went back for the chicken curry, twice. Price for lunch buffet slightly more than I anticipated, but I had no complaints. Server checked on us and didn’t over interrupt which I appreciate. Atmosphere- Lots of comfortable seating options and the way they have crafted the interior allows for coziness while still having lots of natural light. Nothing fancy in the atmosphere, but quite pleasant.

We don’t eat out for Indian food often, and we were so glad we did while visiting Roseburg. I am no authority on authentic Indian cuisine, but we thoroughly enjoyed this place. A bit underwhelming when we first entered, we were quickly greeted and shown to a table. The food was very good, some of the best I have had, full of flavor and fresh ingredients without being overly spicy. The server was attentive, friendly and quick. Luckily they opened another place closer to us in Dallas OR. Thanks for the great meal!
