This is still one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITE places to eat. I have lived out of state for over 10 years; if we drive through WV, I make it a point to eat here! Highly recommend! I’ve tried every dish, and they are each on point! Mike and the staff are also the best!!

Will not find better gyros in WV or anywhere. I’ve been a fan since they opened 30 years ago and I’ve had gyros in most states and 4 countries (5 if airports count[Germany]). Best of Crete is always great and take time to introduce yourself to Mike and the staff. They’ll remember your name and order from then on.

A great little gem tucked away in the Edgewood neighborhood on Charleston’s westside. The food was tremendous and the service was fast. We grabbed a table outside and enjoyed the later summer early afternoon sun. There is plenty of parking on the street and they also offer takeout. I would definitely recommend a gyro or any number of other Mediterranean dishes.

This place is great! A must try for those visiting Charleston. The location is in a residential area, which may throw you off a bit. But trust me, it will be worth the stop! I very much recommend Best of Crete!
