So happy to come across Be’s Noodles! Delicious food, bubble tea and smoothies. We had the chicken pho, sub chicken for tofu, Taro bubble tea, and strawberry smoothie. We were all impressed with the quality of everything we ordered. The staff was nice and food came out quickly. And a pleasant surprise was the water infused with cucumber and mint! Be’s is our new favorite restaurant.

My husband and I come here for their Pho and fresh spring rolls since the opening of the restaurant. We believe this Be’s Noodles in Monroe has the best Pho we can get in the south Charlotte area. This place has a modern, comfortable, simple and appealing atmosphere, neat, clean and friendly personnel. Our meals always look fresh and taste delicious, very consistent flavor. We enjoy their bubble tea as well and we look forward to coming back.

Good food. Good boba tea. Might be a bit pricey (boba), but other similar restaurants give smaller portions. Plenty of parking. Closed Tuesdays. Love the Bahn MI sandwiches! Everybody loves their Pho.

This is my go to place for quick lunch or dinner. I tried their bubble tea and cold noodle this time. The bubble tea was a little too sweet for me as they didn’t ask my about sugar level like other bubble tea places do. I am going to try asking for less sugar next time. The cold noodle with roasted pork tasted pretty great! It had a rich barbecue flavor I liked.

Good restaurants in Monroe are very limited so I was thrilled to discover this place. The food is flavorful, and even my dad complimented it (he’s picky and rarely eats out). Presentation is on point and it tastes as good as it looks. The portions are generous and you will leave stuffed to the brim. Clean place, not crowded, and while eating there, I noticed most customers ordered to-go. Friendly staff and it’s a kid-friendly, non rowdy place. I don’t live locally but I will definitely be back here when visiting.

This place always comes through with exactly what we are in the mood for. Their Pho is some of the best that I have ever had, and it is a go-to when we are unsure of dinner. I’m not a huge fan of the Banh Mi, I think it’s just fine, my wife loves it though. And their bubble teas are always delicious. The staff is always friendly and service is always prompt. They say 20 mins on the phone when you order, but when I arrive 15 minutes later, the food is packaged up and ready to go. The meals are large enough that I get left overs the following day, and the Pho reheats great! I’m a huge fan of this place.

The boba drinks were good here. I had taro with Boba and my wife had strawberry yogurt tea. They both tasted good. Service was fine. Make sure to get the big straw!

I ordered the classic boba tea, large, to share with my husband. It was perfect. We also ordered the spicy beef noodles soup. The taste was dominated by cilantro and onion, but it was warm and fresh.
