We were in town for a week and tried Bertucci’s. Brick oven pizza was very good: taste, texture, temperature, and ingredients. Ultimate Bertucci’s pizza has each of it’s 4 different quarters with different meats. DELICIOUS! The hot rolls served with olive oil dip to start us off was superb. Our waitress Gabby was the best we’ve had all week.

Great experience. Had the Mac & cheese and it was pretty good. Price wise everything was a little more than I was looking for (Mac & cheese was 18.99), but will still come back. Liza our server was great too!

We stopped in on the night before Christmas eve. The place was hopping but they were able to seat us very quickly. Our server was entertaining and helpful. We enjoyed our dinners and took a Cheeseburger pizza home. Let me tell you that pizza was great. Definitely recommend it. Thank you Raphael for great service. We will be back.

So glad I convinced kids to try meatball pizza- whole meatballs! Soo good. Tim was very attentive waiter and great with all our questions. Great lunch. Worth the extra 1/4 mile off the highway.

I really enjoyed the experience here! Had lunch and it was fantastic. Liza was our server and she was amazing! Super attentive while allowing us to enjoy our meal at the same time. Made sure our drinks were refilled, and just made the atmosphere super friendly. I Will definitely return for lunch again.

I just visited Bertucci’s last night and I was reminded, yet again, why I need to write a review. Let me start by saying that I love Bertucci’s. I find myself consistently telling people about how much I enjoy the food and my positive experiences there. I’ve been going to Bertucci’s before it even opened in Delaware. We order or visit a few times per month and the food is always so good! And may I note that our orders are always customized since we lean toward healthier eating. I can’t think of one time in all the years we’ve been going to this location that we haven’t enjoyed our meals or to go orders. And if there was any issue, it was always handled in a positive way. In addition, one of the reasons I wanted to write a review is because of the manager, Monica. I can’t say enough great things about Monica. She is wonderful! Not only does she go above and beyond to accommodate our needs when we order but she is so friendly and pleasant and takes the time to talk with us each time we visit. I have watched countless times her remaining calm and handling herself in such a professional and friendly way at times when customers are not so pleasant to deal with and always remains calm during super busy times. As a business owner myself, I think it’s important to write honest reviews whether they are positive or negative in order to provide constructive feedback. I just wanted to make sure I gave a shout out to Bertucci’s and to Monica, in particular, for years of good food and great service. You make Bertucci’s even more enjoyable to visit. If you haven’t tried their specialty pizzas (our favorite is the Roasted Veggie Pizza with red sauce and no cheese) or the roasted Tuscan veggies, I encourage you to because their delicious! And if Monica happens to be there, say hi — she’s the best! She should be commended for her years of commitment to Bertucci’s and customer service. Thank you and keep up the great work!!
