Italian place, we were there for lunch. Service ( Kerrin) was great. I had the meatball pizza, it was good. Salad that came w lunch was also good. Bread that comes w oil/Vinegar was good. I’d go back.

Nice place im outdoor mall very clean nice weight staff. Bread that you get while waiting for dinner is great. I got the chicken parm with spaghetti and it was huge portion enough for 2 people or 2 meals. It was nicely cooked with very good tasting marinara sauce just little sweet but not sugary sweet. I brought a double chocolate slice of cake home for dessert which was great too. Would definitely recommend large portions and tasty Italian food.

O.M.G. This place was phenomenal! I’m at a loss for words when it comes to the excellent service and outstanding food. I was craving pizza and decided to order takeout from Bertuccis. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by a lovely girl named Rena, who resembled an angel sent from heaven, she welcomed me with the brightest most contagious smile and immediately I was starstruck. Will be returning just to see her.

We went early (4pm) so it was quiet- our waitress was also our hostess and the bartender, she was phenomenal. As it got busy, she never missed a beat and our kids really enjoyed the experience.

My mother, sister, daughters and I are visiting from out of town and chose this place because it was close to our hotel. We weren’t expecting fast food by any means but service was incredibly slow. Our waiter wasn’t very attentive and seemed overwhelmed. When the food did finally come out, it was AMAZING…. However, it was brought to our table a few plates at a time. I never like to eat if others don’t yet have their food. Unfortunately, we spent the majority of our time waiting for bread, waiting for the waiter to take our order and waiting for our food. It wasn’t even that busy in the restaurant but I believe they were filling a whole lot of take out orders and it strained the kitchen staff. If the service had been more efficient, this place would easily get 5 stars from me. I’m giving them a generous 4 because their food was absolutely worth it. ❤️

The food was decent for being a chain Italian restaurant, the atmosphere was nice and cleanly. The server was friendly, but was distracted by another waitress there. He forgot to get our refills until we finished our meal. He then said he’ll bring our check, but we wanted dessert. The dessert definitely was originally frozen, wasn’t fully thawed out yet, and was a pretty small portion for the price.

Just finished chicken parmigiana dinner. Looked great until I tried cutting. Burnt all around. After cutting most of the burnt chicken tried eating center sections – still almost broke my tooth from a burnt portion I missed. Sauce had no flavor. Would have sent it back but unfortunately I had takeout. Worst restaurant ever.
