Stopped in today because I heard they have deep dish pizza sold by the slice. Ordered a piece and a soft drink. The lady gave me a number and I went to the table to sit down. About 20 minutes later an employer walked by and I asked him to please check on my slice of pizza.

Hands down the best pizza place in Greenville! I think the sauce is what really makes this pizza incredible. I always get the cheese pizza and add chicken. It’s melt in your mouth amazing and this is always a huge treat for me to get their pizza!

Bertolo’s is a great neighborhood pizzeria. They’ve got New York style pizza and Sicilian. They also offer hot and cold subs, calzones, pasta dishes, garlic knots and I think canolis. I usually get one of the lunch specials if I eat in. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend stopping by and checking out Bertolo’s.

Honestly really sad that I’m writing this bad review of a place I’ve been going to since I was a teenager, and I’m thirty now. Always have had positive experiences and love supporting local business. Tonight I called in a baked ziti with marinara sauce. Picked it up, staff was super nice as usual. Got home and my food had meat in it. Not just a small piece, it was throughout the food and had literal large chunks of ground beef. I have only had this issue once here, and they immediately made me another and the owner was super nice about it. Tonight when I called and spoke to Maria, the manager, she basically called me a liar and kept repeating that she made it and it was tomato sauce.

Pizza was good, but be sure to order with lite sauce otherwise it will have entirely too much on there. So much so that it made me give it a 3 instead of a 5

Pizza didn’t look bad but the place was so dirty I lost my appetite and left. There was some gross slim all over the register and if you don’t want to lose your appetite then don’t look into the kitchen. Needs some remodeling for sure.

Here ye! Here ye! Let it be known that tonight is the first night I have had pizza in this wonderful little town and the crew that made my pizza on this 20th night of January 2023 did a bomb a** job.
