We found this place on DoorDash, but they have a great physical location too. What impressed me were the prices. Their pizza and cheese lasagna were both delicious, but they were much cheaper than other places. If you want to eat good food on a budget, Bertolo’s is a great option. We look forward to trying some more of what they have to offer.

I really don’t like having to do this review! This is a place that I have always enjoyed in the past. But today, even though the people were good and friendly, the place was really dirty and sticky on the walls and table I was at!! Plus it seems like to me that sometime since the last time I was there, somebody changed the dough recipe for the deep dish pizza. Don’t get me wrong, it was not so bad but it was not nearly as good as I remembered! I grew up on La Stradas pizza! Specifically Sicilian pizza and no one comes close to real Italian Sicilian pizza in the Greenville area but these guys came the closest including the one downtown. They have separate owners so I hope they didn’t change it. But the lack of cleanliness was the worst part. I am very disappointed. But I have to be honest.

The vegetarian lasagna was fire. Mushrooms and Spinach. The meat sauce has sausage so I didn’t get it cause I don’t eat pork. Besides that the food was great. Plus the garlic knots were perfect.

Typically my husband likes this place I However have never enjoyed it. I let him talk me into yet another meal I didn’t eat… I thought However a salad who can fudged that up boy was I wrong we waited 45 min on baked ziti which was just plain noodles at the bottom and only cheese on the top and was a very thin coat at that no sauce on anything but the top of it. My salad came 2 very very tiny pieces of grilled chicken which I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to cook! I mean this chicken was so super tiny I needed a magnifying glass to find it.. on top of that the salad dressing tasted like it was bad so needless to say we wasted our 88$ on a meal we didn’t eat! I would give no stars but sadly that’s not a option. So unless you are looking for cheaply made poor quality food I suggest you find somewhere else to blow your money on…Oh and our garlic knots were very cold in the middle frozen food is something I can get out of the Walmart frozen bread isle smh try fresh never frozen foods wondering what else they cut corners on here… cleaning up would also be a great thing to do…

Did a pickup order from this place two days ago. Order pizza and garlic bread which was good. Also order their tiramisu but never got a chance to eat it that night. Sat down tonight to study and enjoy it. Only a few bites in and I spit out a piece of hard clear plastic or glass from the bite I just has taken. Don’t know if we will be returning.

We have been weekly regulars for years. When the pizza is fresh and piping hot, the crust is amazingly crispy and doughy at the same time. The garlic knots are always a hit, this mama loves her big salad, and the cinnamon pizza is worth writing home about. And I do love the cauliflower crust BBQ chicken with jalapenos as a treat. The staff is friendly and always hard working, which keeps us coming back week after week.

You should consider having a “Pick Up Only” space at the cash register. Its frustrating to call in an order, give plenty of time to complete it, then have to wait in a long line of people ordering from the menu while your pizza box is stacked on the oven getting cold

While the pizza was ok and price was good, I won’t be racing back for more. I can’t believe how much better the Boiling Springs Bertolos is than Pelham Road. They have the same taste but at Pelham Road the pizza was slightly over cooked so the little ones asked why they had meatballs on the pizza. Further, we rather disappointed with the amount of chocolate chips on our pizza.

I called and ordered ahead and the lady who took the order was very nice. When I got there, the food was ready. It was really good. This is one of the better pizzas i’ve had since I moved to this area. The salad was very fresh. Please note my pizza is dark because i ordered it well done. & There are no words to express how good the dough tastes! I will definitely go again.
