Always a fun place to get a sweet drink in the mall. Only giving 4 stars because sometimes the people make your smoothie really nice and creamy. However, sometimes they also put it together in 0.5 milliseconds and don’t care which then turn into a bad smoothie. Everything should be made the exact same each time. Otherwise, flavors and options are great!

I don’t typically write reviews but this experience was deserving of one… Been to this Berry Blendz many times without problems but this time was different. The worker glared at me and slammed my reciept and credit card on the table instead of handing it back. Slammed my smoothie down on the table too. I was the only customer there and I tried to be polite, so I’m not sure why she was so rude. Regardless, I don’t think I’ll be going back and I recommend others avoid this Berry Blendz if they aren’t interested in being disrespected.

The acai was not properly frozen for a bowl. It was liquid. You are suppose to put fresh fruit yet i received frozen strawberries, and blueberries meant for a smoothie

The blends were great, my girlfriend had gotten the Chai-High, I had gotten the Choco-nutter. Both were good, the only recommendation I give is more banana in the Choco-nutter cause the peanutnbutter takes over most of the smoothie. Overall all pretty good though, definitely will go again.

Always good smoothies, Every time I go there I am helped by a lady with shortish black hair, I believe she may possibly be the manager, she is AMAZING. I love her spunk, always has a positive attitude and makes conversation with you. she deserves a shout out! Thanks girl! Keep doing what your doing!

The smoothies are very good but a few of the staffers are very rude. If it weren’t for the one girl that did all the work making the smoothies while her coworker’s mocked the customers I would have given this establishment 1 star.

Jacked up their prices. One employee seemed to not care about what she was putting in a smoothie. I heard an older employee say I don’t know I just mixed this fruit and that fruit. Very unorganized
