More like a 3.5. We needed a quick bite for the road. We got two sandwiches. The overall idea of the sandwiches was not bad though the main ingredients were so so. The chicken was reheated which is perfectly ok though the chicken had cold spots as well a fridge taste that certainly didn’t help to enjoy the sandwich. The turkey was ok though sweet. This might be a one time off in our case since the overall ratings are solid.

I drove 1 1/2 hours to the Pittsfield location to purchase chocolate breads. Everyone is so friendly there! I pre slice a loaf so it’s always ready. Lightly toast and add peanut butter. OMG!!! Heaven. Thank you Pittsfield location ❤️

I think all the reviews speak for themselves – this is a must-visit when in the Berkshires! Everything looked really good, so it was hard to pick what we wanted to eat. We chose the pancakes, an almond croissant, and an eggs benedict. We also bought a rye sourdough bread, which was worth every penny. We couldn’t finish our food (because we had already eaten beforehand like the pigs that we are), but the pancakes were still just as phenomenal the next day. They’re able to get them crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. That’s a very difficult balance to achieve!! The eggs benedict was also very good. Honestly, you can’t go wrong whatever you choose to eat here 🙂

Always stop here for their frozen take home pizzas. The Garlic and the Pesto are my two favorites, but they’re all excellent – highly recommend trying a few….ALSO – the potato & onion bread is spectacular

No public restroom here or anywhere in the entire plaza. We came to eat but being 8.5 months pregnant I can’t eat without a restroom beforehand (at least without being uncomfortable the entire time). We ended up leaving without even trying the food. A cafe should have a public restroom, it’s really a shame.

We were watching an episode of “Best thing I ever ate”. My husband and I (with our pug in tow) drove close to 6 hours from Buffalo , NY to sample many delicious things ( pizza with figs and arugula, chocolate bread, apple and chicken potpie turnovers, sourdough bread, reuben sandwich with a potato salad side , maple pecan shortbread cookies and ginger molasses cookies. We decided to stop at both locations while we were in the area. Everyone was very helpful. We met a very nice couple at the Housatonic location that transplanted from Virginia after their retirement to be closer to their daughter. We will definitely be back and will pass on our wonderful experiences.

They have no customer service skills. The manager is rude and disrespectful. It’s a shame because our whole family likes their food, but we don’t like being ridiculed.

One of our favorite places to dine. They have the best vegan pizza, fresh ingredients, excellent flavor. I asked for easy on the vegan cheese. My husband had a meatloaf sandwich with peanut sauce and a potato salad that he said a little spicy note, that was just right!

The food is so interesting. Best bread anywhere for miles. Service exceptional. Don’t miss this place! We had the eggs with polenta, portabella mushroom and spinach. Also the spicy eggs.

It was unfortunate that the inside seating was closed so we had to sit outside which was okay. One girl at the counter seemed very unhappy with us coming in. Her customer service skills need some brushing up.
