What a wonderful culinary establishment! It’s a favorite of me and my mom to go. I’ve NEVER had anything here short of excellent. Steak tartare, fresh pizza dough bread, pizzas, arancini, pastas, cocktails, desserts, all phenomenal. Service is quite friendly and they describe the dish when they serve it to you. Menu changes slightly from time to time which is nice

Incredible cuisine in a modern spot on Colfax that doesn’t disappoint. The pizza was the shining star for me!! They accommodated my dairy allergy with a vegan cheese and I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Simply delish-sit at the bar to interact with the charismatic staff and other restaurant goers.

Asia was a treat to be served by and the food…well, the food was delectable. I just wish they were open longer hours. The vibe is not what I expected, but it’s perfect! The mushrooms on the CAB were unbelievably seasoned, the Tag tasted like summer glazed noodles, and the Arancini…was….well….week changing.

My husband and I went here on a date night, it was a Friday night so we expected a wait but it was dead, and for good reason. We were excited to try Benzina, but we won’t be back. The lobster pasta tasted like straight seawater, the noodles were hard and the dish came out cold. Everything we ordered was lack luster, but the bread was good. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food you get, we spent over a 150.00 for two people.

The staff was friendly, kind, and super accommodating. The cauliflower appetizer was delicious. Pizza was great too. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Benzina opened last May and I can’t believe it took this long for us to eat here! Colfax is nicknamed the “longest, wickedest street in America.” Benzina is wickedly good.

We came to Benzina with a party of 6 people which was a great number because it allowed us to try several of the items on the menu and it did not disappoint. Everything from the pizza to the pasta to the tartare were beyond good. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the service was great. Highly recommend.

Very well executed food menu and a x Ellena selections for wine and drinks. Good for a date night or a family meal. Be sure to try the cauliflower app, the pasta, or any of the pizzas. So glad to have this spot in the neighborhood. Will be back soon!

Really good neighborhood spot. Service was on point! Charlie was amazing! Food was fresh and tasty . The only issues i had was the limited selection of non piscitarian pasta, and the presumptuous wine menu bottles were listed by Vinyard and name not type kinda made it hard for non sommelier to choose.
