The first Benvenuto’s Italian Grill opened in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin in 1996. Today, the Benvenuto’s brand has grown to four company restaurants and two franchise locations located across Wisconsin. We are a locally owned and operated restaurant group, ready to serve you.

We loved this place. We went on a Friday night, which was busy. Fortunately, we called ahead for reservation . My family had Great food and service with the exception of 2 things: food took longer than normal, and my steak was well done, and I asked for medium. I told our waitress a few minutes later, and the manager came to confirm that? Really? Like they didn’t believe me, kind of offended by this action.

Great customer service. Our food was fresh and delicious. The environment was clean and nice but not too fancy. Lots of people in casual clothes. My husband said his steak was kinda bland so I suppose the chefs should season them more. All in all, good experience.

Took close to an hour 15 minutes to get our food after ordering, which took close to 20 minutes. Multiple facets of the order were messed up, including wrong pizza, and some dishes were completely forgotten about, but conveniently still on the bill at the end. There were only maybe five tables in the restaurant at the time, nowhere near busy. Will never go back again. Pizza Hut would have been better.

Ordered soup and salad, 1 entree, and a half price bottle of wine, charged me $90 with no discussion on what I was charged. Food wasn’t even that good and we saw the waiter maybe 3 times at most (it was a Tuesday, not a Peak night). Total ripoff, I would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible food, our fried fish was double fried and greasy. Terrible service. It took over a half hour for our food to be delivered to the table. Probably why they had to refry! I had to walk to the bar to get a beverage because server disappeared. Tables are sticky from disinfectant.
