Our first visit here was overall pretty good. There is handicapped parking, a great view of the river, and a big parking area. The food was good and the large steaks are extremely large. The tea and water are self-serve, and you pay for your meal at a counter. There are limited options for the sides and additional costs for half of the options. Lastly, the main issue with this restaurant is the number of flies.

This is a nice quiet steakhouse on the river. The food is great. The steak portions are huge. All of the steaks that came to our table were cooked exactly as we ordered them. It is a friendly, inviting, rustic atmosphere. My famly and I will definitely stop here again.

Best damn steak in South Georgia and the price for us to eat there was even cheaper than Chili’s. Beautiful scenery next to the river, service was amazing. Huge portions too, this ain’t not steakhouse on a food stamp budget. They overload you. Definitely worth the money and trip. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

Drove an hour for my husbands birthday just to be so disappointed. You had you get your own drinks, they were out of a lot of stuff.I asked for my steak to be medium and it was burnt and hard a rock to chew. The best thing was my Walmart bagged salad in the throw away bowl. Definitely a first and last time here.

Beautiful scenery, love the look on the inside of the restaurant. Steak was amazing, however, those sides look good in the pic but didn’t taste great. Fries were not hot, oily and soft. Coleslaw I do like, but, over powered with onions. Baked potato over cooked and the bread was fine. Table was sticky, could have been wiped down better. Took a moment to have a waitress wait on us. And although she was nice, this was our first time and she never once checked on us after the food or told us we had to get our own drinks. Or anything else until I had to ask. She brought a can coke to my husband. *Remember you fix the cup and ice yourself* There was another lady that served our food and she spoke to us like three times. She was extremely pleasant. She asked how everything was, did we need anything, etc.. Pretty expensive, but steak is great, sides not so much. Everything is priced high and served with fries and slaw, roll. Or salad and roll. If u want a baked potato, sweet potato all extra.

After a 1.5 hr drive to eat somewhere we haven’t eaten in years. My husband called when we were 45 mins out to check and see if we needed reservations, which we were told we didn’t since we were only a party of 3. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere we wanted. 30 mins later we were walking out without having seen a waitress/server or anyone for that matter. Absolutely unacceptable!! Of all the places I’ve eaten, this had to be by far one of the most shocking and pitiful ones to date. Literally no service at all! I’m still in shock!

The food is great! I had the pork chop dinner and it came with 4 fried chops. Everybody in our group that ordered a steak; their food came on a meat platter. Service was a little slow, but our group size was 14 adults. The location was a bit off the beaten path, but was well worth it.
