The dishes we ordered have very good flavors. However, they seemed to be using not quite the sticky rice normally used on sushi, so the sushi easily disintegrate. The kids noticed that their chicken Katsu bowl were also serve in a very small portion (3 small pieces of chicken Katsu).

You know this was no good, because I have pictures to show you what I left. First, I wanted steak and shrimp they can’t do that. We were under the impression that it was fresh cooked Bento food. Well, nope, it prepared food that is frozen and thrown in a fryer and tossed with sauce. Even the edamame was horrible. All they had to do is sauté in oil, spices, and garlic. OMG, not good. The only thing good was the crab watons and pork dumplings. Yes, they were prepared and fried. Oh yes, the boba tea was good. Just pour tea over boba. So don’t give your money away to this place. It is not worth it.

Had the best poke bowl. So delicious. Spicy cucumbers in my teriyaki shrimp avocado mango bowl yummy.

First time trying out Bento – husband and I think it’s a little pricey for lunch time. Total for 2 bento boxes and 1 sushi roll was over $40, and for that price we’d prefer elsewhere. However, the service was good and we were told the sushi would take a bit of time to prepare so we weren’t left wondering. The flavors in the bento boxes were just okay, not amazing enough to come back soon. The sushi roll seemed pretty skinny and not filled with much. The mound of rice is pretty small, and we were both wishing we had more of it. We are grateful that they do serve crispy tofu, or we would have never given it a chance.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We ordered the Bento box with chicken. The stuff they call “chicken” was spongy and it’s not a chicken cutlet/breast meat, it’s like a McDonald’s chicken nugget but spongy, actually McDonalds is better. I’ve never seen or tasted anything like this. If it wasn’t so far for me to drive it back, I would have. WE THREW THE FOOD IN THE TRASH. 2 Bento boxes were $35, I wouldn’t take one for free at this point…..it’s garbage! Even the Lo Mein was not like real Lo Mein, it’s like a gummy pasta, the worst stuff ever. We even paid more for white meat, and got something that was mostly breaded batter, no taste of chicken whatsoever. Total rip off and THE WORST FOOD EVER, NOT WORTH THE PRICE OR YOUR TIME. The general tso chicken is like a sponge with sauce. TERRIBLE.

Pretty basic combinations of some favorites served with rice or noodles, with a tofu option for every flavor. They have a multitude of combos but some are hits and others are misses. I ordered the family meal deal and a few extras just to get a taste of everything they had to offer and things were missing. When I pulled up after being told it was ready I still had to wait about 15 minutes on arrival for them to get finished preparing it. Which gave me plenty of time to really take in the vibe of the restaurant. I collected that it was a relaxing place with clean and friendly staff and a modern decor. When I received my massive bag of food I asked the young men; who were very helpful and friendly, if everything was in the bag but that’s on me for not double checking such a large order. Ultimately it’s way better than your run of the mill Japanese spot and is worth trying if you want an authentic taste with quality food.

Save yourself! They do not care AT ALL about getting your order out. We placed an order for 3 kids bowls and it took so long, my husband was able to order at Shake Shack next door, get the food and eat before the bowls were out. One of the bowls we waited for an extra 45 mins (pad Thai). There were staff on their phones, laughing at videos while customers in line.

Very much enjoyed this fast casual restaurant. Wasn’t exactly sure what it was but we were glad we did. I ordered a poke bowl, but I wish I had customized it more. Good service and great location. Something a little different then pizza or burgers.

This is the first time we noticed Bento in this strip, because we usually make the trip for Shake Shack. While my husband still opted for a burger, my daughters and I chose to get sushi. Initially, I thought this was an authentic sushi restaurant, but it reminded me of a larger [and cleaner] Panda Express.

Loved it both times I’ve been. Good service and great food.
