The bento box isn’t an actual bento box. They haphazardly throw everything in a regular takeout container and although the picture they show inside includes California rolls the regular box doesn’t come with it which they don’t inform you of. Taste of the food is average I suppose but in my opinion quickfire is much better and has better presentation

I ordered tofu teriyaki. I didn’t love the way the tofu was prepared. The young lady who took my order quickly found a resolution, offering me another dish. It was delicious. I appreciate her willingness to help

The food was mostly acceptable. The miso tastes like vinegar and has no additions beyond broth. California roll tasted ok to my daughter but was pasty. The tofu teriyaki was quite bland, but edible. My daughter also had the tempura shrimp roll and said it was fine. They also got the order wrong at first and had a hard time accepting it. Food was not fast but not amazingly slow –although there were few other customers.

I went in to eat inside this place today, 06/02/2023. Worst bento, ramen, and sushi. No flavor, pork belly was overly fatty (I know it’s belly), eggs were hard boiled instead of the usual soft boiled, broth was water, noodles were just wrong. Sushi was terribly put together and skimpy. Miso was flavorless and served in a styrofoam cup. Had to ask for eel sauce on the side as it wasn’t an option to order on the kiosk, I was met with a weird pause and a reply of … ok I’ll give you some. “Some” is as about a teaspoon worth in a small cup. To top off this $43.43 interaction it was about 500,000,000 degrees inside. I like to sweat when I’m eating my ramen but that was more than I bargained for.

This place used to be good for getting a decent meal at a quality price, but in the past year they’ve almost doubled their prices. If you want a tiny 0.5oz cup of sauce, it’s 80 cents. A small step above McDonalds, at twice the price.

First Time Trying Bento House staff was friendly food came out super quick and the food was really good i highly recommend the Chicken teriyaki Bento ! I will definitely be back for sure!
