Ordered a Small Cheese Pie -for my son- and a Beef N Sausage Sandwich for me. No cheese or Peppers were on it, and they forgot my sauce for it. Also ordered garlic bread, and didn’t receive it, and I got RC COLA when it was supposed to be a diet. I’m diabetic so I can’t drink it… foods great, service was friendly, BUT I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAYED FOR, AND IM FROM OUT OF TOWN, SO I GUESS I JUST GET STUCK PAYING FOR STUFF I DON’T RECIEVE.

First off the tables inside and outside were sooo filthy when I came here. And the lady at the register had the meanest attitude. I walked up counter to ask for a napkin and the lady at the register cursed me out. It was my birthday and I just wanted a slice of pizza and a clean table on my birthday and she made me cry. Stay far away from this place.

I grew up in Pilsen and every Sunday we would order from this place collecting flyers as discount for next order for more than 20 years today I spend 80 dollars and it was a big disappointment to see that after not only Getting my order wrong they never did anything to get it right ? They said to return the wrong order ? Really ? That it was owner policy to return a wrong order to get the right one ? Does not make sense how you can’t just make me the correct order of just 6 hot wings and keep me as a long time customer than give me a hard time and lame excuses for a order that was taken incorrectly , lost a good loyal customer I will never order again and it’s a same because I believed and supported this business from the very humble Beginnings

Horrible customer service , ordered a pizza well done and what i got was a soggy pizza called and asked to speak with manager and he did not seem to care .
