This is a local place that we order from often and have no complaints. The reason for this review is because we had a special request for my daughter’s birthday party, and not only did they agree to it, they did it enthusiastically. They even wrote a nice birthday message inside the box lid. The delivery driver said she was so excited about making these pizzas. It helped make my daughter’s party extra special. Thanks!

Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks at 6:45 for delivery. Was given a delivery time of 7:45-7:55. At 8:30 I still had not received the food or heard anything. Called the business twice to which I received a recording that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. So I planned to call back in the morning. To my surprise I get woken up at 9:45 to a gentleman trying to deliver my food. I told him I unfortunately did not want the food anymore as I had already made myself something to eat and was in bed. I offered to still give him a tip, very sweet kid I wish I would have gotten his name. He told me I could call the store to get a refund. When I did a woman answered and I told her the situation. She was less than pleasant and told me “well we made you order and delivered it and we weren’t closed we were busy with the flooding and power outages”. Which I can respect and understand. However that doesn’t change the fact that I was given a time frame and it showed up two hours later. So I asked for refund and she did do that for me. I’m just amazed at the lack of accountability and communication. To try and argue with the customer over something that clearly wasn’t right really is not a good customer service practice. Communicate with your customers and this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Terrible customer service! I advise to order somewhere else! I’ve been ordering the last 2 months once a week spending close to $100 on bread, pop, and a party pizza with 1 topping. I’ve asked now 2 months in a row to cut my pizza slices triangle and they keep cutting it square plus forgetting my pop. Things happen I understand that which is why I have let it slide but nw it’s like they are purposely doing it. I asked the order taker are you sure they understand to cut it in triangles not square, we don’t like the middle pieces get greasy soggy with no crust when it’s square slices she assured me. Then the driver returns with a warm 2liter of Mt. Dew. No need for a replacement. They do not care about your business and are rude.

I should of just got a frozen pizza and I would of liked it better. Really disappointed in this place. I saw my neighbor ordered it tonight so I decided to switch it up from Marcos which I will never do again. I ordered $40 worth n tipped my driver $10 even tho my pizza took a hour to arrive and I’m only around the block. Both of my pizzas were pretty bare but the toppings that were on them were burnt up. Both pizza didn’t have a taste other than burnt flavor. I don’t want to call and complain, that guy that took my order didn’t seem too friendly and I think letting the public know before someone else is disappointed like me. We ate some of it cause we’re hungry but tossed the rest.

Told them there was Cajun or something on my pizza because my mouth was on fire and the kid told me I was wrong. Okay, it wasn’t Cajun, but something was still clearly wrong. I got a replacement but it was messed up the same way making it inedible to me. Turns out they put the mild peppers into jalapeno juice. I won’t be going back. Wasting my money and being called a liar isn’t my kind of Friday night. (Writing “EXTRA PIZZA” on the box was not only an immature move, it was wrong too. The first one was returned. The only thing extra here is the staff)

We were in the area with some friends and family and wanted to give them their first exposure to Detroit style deep dish. We ordered a couple large size deep dish and a round typical thicker crust. Their all meat version was excellent. It was ready for pick up exactly when they said at 30 minutes. Very Reasonably priced for what we ordered. Definitely would get Benitos again.

Very disappointing considering this is our go to pizza place being only about 6 min. from our house. One LG. Pizza took almost 2 hours to be delivered and when we called with concern the girl who answered the phone had no explanation or idea of what was going on, we were then put on hold to talk to the manager (which we never asked to speak with) only to be reconnected with the same clueless girl that told us there was only one delivery driver. Pizza finally came an additional 25 min. later and it was awful and not even cut correctly. Didn’t bother calling back to wait even longer. Very, very poor customer service! Will not be continuing customers.
