13 USD for a small pernil. The server didn’t know how to use a debit card to take my payment. No sides,no drink, and half the meat is fat. First and last time trying this place. After tasting the food to continue my disappointment it was dry l, and without flavor. Wayyyyy better Dominican restaurants in new rochelle, white plains, the bronx, yonkers, literally anywhere else. If you are gonna charge those prices you need to make quality and consistent food. Mcdonald’s is a good alternative.

$10 for a small plate. Lady tried filling it up with lots of rice until I told her that’s too much and to take some off. Two stars because of the rice, it was good, the pasta had too much grease and the beef was good.

The owner is really nice and helpful. The ladies serving the food are not. They act like they don’t want to be bothered. It’s really a hit or miss here with the food and the service.

How the hell they charge 19 bucks for a soda, rice and a small scoop of beef stew thays crazy. Food was good but the portion was small and I was shocked to see the bill.. maybe because I didnt speak Spanish but dam they def jipped me sheesh . Expensive af

I have come to Hollywood Chicken for a long time. After today’s visit I will not be recommending this place. I experience horrible service. The girls serving were rude and spoke in Spanish about my friends not knowing I speak fluent Spanish. They rushed us to get our food with an attitude. When I ordered my meal and went to pay I added a juice which they tried charging me $4 for. (Outrageous!) So when I said I didn’t want my juice and just my meal I gave my card. They didn’t take my card as there is a minimum of $10, however, my friend had just paid her meal and and it was under $10 and they took her card payment. When Benito the owner is there, we don’t experience this service. Whatsoever. It’s unfortunate I will not be recommending this restaurant.
