Benihana is great for family dinners and celebrations. Every time I have gone to this restaurant which has only been twice I have never been disappointed with the food. The food is prepared directly in front of you with tricks and jokes and lots of great alcoholic beverages(if you choose). My only complaint is that the experiences that we had at Benihana, were that the chef was not as talented as the other Chefs on the floor. The tricks that the other Chefs would do were very elaborate, they consisted of serious coordination and dedication. I hope in the future that all chefs on the floor are as dedicated as well as entertaining as their co-workers.

I’ve always been a fan of Benihana. What I like about this location is if your reservation is at 7 you are actually sat at 7. I’ve been to other locations where even if you have an RSVP you still have to wait an hour. Please not your whole party does have to be there to be sat down. Our chef, Soloman was amazing. We had a little girl in our party and he conversed back and forth with her everytime she spoke up. I love that he wasn’t dismissive of her because she was a little kid.

We were a all-black table two separate groups. There were 2 birthdays at our table, which they were very much aware. We did not receive the happy birthday doing as the other non black tables received. Our chef was communicating with the other groups across the floor. Our vegetables were burnt and the chicken was undercooked. I feel like I was overcharged on my bill but when I mentioned it, I was told those prices were explained at the beginning of the order, which it was not. Great service by our waiter he kept our drinks refilled without asking. I come to the restaurant regularly and always have a good experience. This time it was very poor, all around, excluding the waiter who was the best thing that night. But for a $200 bill, I was nowhere happy at all and felt discriminated against. My friend who I brought for her birthday. Was very disappointed at the end of the night.

First time here and this was such a great experience! Food was excellent, service was fantastic and so much fun to watch, the flying shrimp was my favorite, lol… we ordered our meal with fried rice, but saw someone get the noodles, that looked so good! Definitely need to come back to try that!! Sauces were yummy, long islands were perfect, cook was cool, definitely recommend reservations, such a time saver and usually get you in on time.

I decided to go out to dinner for my birthday with my family and had outstanding service from chef Alex or as he calls himself “shrimp shady”. He was by far the funniest and most socialable chef we have ever had here. The food was very well made and chef puts a lot of passion and care into his work. As well as our server James, was very respectful and professional he was always there to help and we didn’t have one complaint about any of their service. I will be back very soon because of the great service me and my family have received tonight! Thank you Benihana for the great time!

Have to say, the food, service and atmosphere isn’t what it used to be here.. the shrimp and scallops were tough and the scallops were almost non existent.. the steak was tough too.. for the amount of money you pay, it just isn’t worth it to me.. ill try you again in a year and see how you are doing..

This is a great special occasion venue. The decor is understated, but it’s really all about the spectacle at each hibachi table. The service was terrific, mostly thanks to Tylon and our chef Long. They both are engaging with personality plus. All the food was good, but the main entree was outstanding. The scallops, shrimp, and calamari were fresh and amazingly tender. The prices are what you’d expect for something of this quality.

This place is legit!! Tylon and Long were the best chefs/staff. They made our birthday celebration very fun! The food was really good and the drinks were nice as well. The prices are steep, but they give you a $30 off coupon on your birthday if you do their rewards. I would definitely come back for another special occasion.
