I was surprised and happy to see a Korean food stand in the food court! However look at the poor amount of bulgogi for a bulgogi bowl of $14.99… the second layer was thick and full of lettuce (since when we have lettuce in bibimbap?) and the remaining half bowl is rice. basically I had a rice salad with some beef sprinkles.

Service was efficient and QUICK at this super busy food court spot. We recommend the bulgogi and the shrimp dosirak (dosirak is a kind of lunch box, with glass noodles and dumplings to go with the meat, rice and salad). I liked the spicy shrimp. Japchae was delicious, as well as the ginger lemonade. Waited a few minutes for the cook-up, during which time I watched the cashier fly through serving up, prepping boxes for the cooks, transferring the rice pot, and checking out customers. She was on point, and clearly hard-working. She has my compliments. Don’t have unrealistic expectations of slow service at a food court, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed here. We’ll choose this spot again when we have an hour before a movie.

Ok, so I used to come here and I loved the old man that used to work at this location. But this place has gone wayyyyyyyyyy down. That nice old man was not there, rather 2 rude ladies served me this time. They used to serve salad or rice with the fried chicken and they don’t anymore. Which is fine if the chicken is worth it, but the chicken was obviously not double fried. It was mediocre at best. I wanted to try the $2 sauces that they charge extra to have on the side but they wouldn’t let me try it…which is a really bad business decision. You should let people at least try the sauce if you’re offering 4 different ones at extra cost. Just absolutely ridiculous. Not coming back.

I wish google would allow zero stars. Terrible, unfriendly customer service. The food is mediocre and over-priced. Quality and service have gone down significantly. The chicken katsu is often over cooked. There are so many options in the mall. I regret ordering dinner from Beng Beng.

Deliciously consistent, especially since this place has been around for many years! I recommend their BBQ bowls for starters.

Ok, I do see a lot of up and down reviews here, but you honestly won’t have perfection among everything. So to this that this place is amazing ive literally had almost every dish if your looking for something to warm you belly or to stuff your self in some classic but yet new age style of food you can’t go wrong though good ones if you got to try something right away would be any of the Bulgogi or any of the katsu are my top fave give them a go sauce them up.

I had the honey spicy chicken bites and they were great! Worlds better than some competing options in the food court.

Staff is incredibly rude, refuses to sell me a fried egg with my meal, no matter how much I pay, despite not having any business and obviously selling fried eggs with other dishes. The woman’s (bleached blonde hair) explanation: “We can’t do what the customer wants.” I actually love their food, but I am waiting for them to go out of business – because they deserve to for employing a person with such obvious contempt for her customers.

Best food! Their chicken is the best! They are super helpful because I didn’t know what I wanted but they said the chicken and I’m happy they were so helpful

They have false advertisement because the picture on the menu looks completely different from the actually meal and is expensive, on top of that they have a really bad customer service, not worth it, I threw my food away and ordered a totally different meal from another restaurant.
