Sweet Potato
Great place to hang especially if you like drinking. I don’t drink… just came here for food. They had a brisket on corn bread Easter special which was delicious!!! Got fries on side as well. Music was a little loud for me but can’t complain because it’s meant to be a bar.

2 of us went to enjoy a mid afternoon cocktail & lunch. Visiting from out of town. When we arrived we walked into the restroom, there are two stalls in the women’s. One was occupied. Clearly someone sitting on the toilet. Friend 1 used the other, finished, washed hands and walked out to wait for friend 2. Friend 2 proceeds into unoccupied stall. Unknown person in stall 1 retrieved toilet paper, flushes toilet, opens door and exits the restroom.

Here’s the thing our food was delicious, our server was also great, however you can not charge a higher price on than your menu and then your manager blatantly lie and say that’s the tax being included, when the sales tax is listed separately. I paid $4.50 more than I should’ve if you base off menu pricing and tax from there. (That’s paying with a card, if I’d paid cash I only would’ve paid $3.21 more)

If I could give a zero I would! Watched an employee grab a dirty rag from the bar to help clean out a line from the sink then wipe the floor and back to serving without washing hands or getting a clean rag. Service was beyond horrible and we were sitting at bar… bartender was too busy chatting with her fellow bartender and ignoring customers. Couldn’t get our appetizer first and then when our food came it was over done and beyond bland! We’ve typically been somewhat satisfied with the quality of service and food but tonight we are highly disappointed especially with a $104 bar bill for horrible food and service!

My friend and I were playing darts for a couple of hours there last week for a dart league. My friend went to the bar to get a drink when we first arrived, and was told a waitress would come back and check on us. We never had anyone come back, despite a waitress looking in our area several times after she helped the people around us. We had planned on ordering food, but decided not to after an hour of waiting for service. We left as soon as we finished our league. This has happened the last several times we have been here. Pretty disappointing.
