I think I just had the best experience someone can have with a pizza shop. I ordered food for a couple hrs in advance for a party and it ended up coming to my place in a normal delivery time, not the time of the party. I was hesitant to call the shop because that is an easy miscommunication and they deliverd the food in a timely manner. However, I thought, what could it hurt? When I called, I was greeted kindly and the worker listened to what had happened. She then got her manager Will and he IMMEDIATELY solved the situation with an attitude of “how can I make your life as easy as possible”. He surprised me with his kindness and that led me to leave this review.

I never thought I had such a hard order to understand….. I haven’t ordered from Bellagios in months because the last time they messed up my pizza the exact same way as tonight.. Ordered a pepperoni and Canadian bacon half of it with olives.. I get this half only olives half pepperoni Canadian bacon… who the hell wants just olives and cheese??? This is the 2nd time in a row!! Then called to say it’s incorrect and like last time sorry we are closed we will give you a free pizza next time… edited up to 3 stars after redemption. Person taking order had to call the person I talked to when I last ordered to confirm. Got a size smaller than my original order but I did get a specialty pizza so whatever it works.

Ordered veggie add Italian sausage item came in with no Italian sausage on it I work for a lower class pizza location and we always have problems with cooks and cut people it’s a shame that the price I’m paying for the pizza and they can’t put the toppings on them even though they charge me for them
