First time visit left me with a very positive Impression of. Bellacino’s located in Bluefield , VA in The Walmart shopping center. We ordered two 9″ steak grinders which were delicious. We ordered take out and it was ready with in 20mins of placing the order. Their grinders are offered in 9″ & 18″ sizes rather then 6&12in as with subs but the 9″ was plenty big enough for one meal portion . I would definitely recommend this place for take out of dine in. Service was good, pizza was just slightly greasy over all good though, the staff forgot to bring the salad that I ordered to the table but made up for it by placing it with the to go order so and were very nice about everything over all good experience

I went there today with my granny and we ordered in. Large veggie pizza and two drinks. I got our drinks and waited patiently for 45 minutes. Granny and the people at the table next to us were both urging me to go hassle them about the wait, but I said “No, I’ve worked in pizza places before, I know how hectic it can get around dinner rush.” Some of the places I worked had taken an hour in such cases, so that’s how long I waited before finally going up and asking how much longer it would be on our order. They had finished it, but rang it up as to-go, taken it off the warmer, and sat it in the back of the store because they thought no one was going to claim it, and never even bothered to call out the name on the order. I was listening each time they called something out. Well, at this point I’m expecting them to say “It’ll be discounted, since we have to make you wait another half hour”, or at least SOME kind of way of making amends for having made this kind of crazy mistake, but no. Just a flat, cold, “Here are your options: remake or refund.” I said fine, we’ll take the refund, but I wasn’t happy about being treated this way. They didn’t even refund our drinks! Just the pizza. I told them I wouldn’t be back, and the lady told me “I don’t appreciate your attitude. Fine! BYE!” I have never in my life received this rude of treatment when I was trying my BEST to be a good, patient customer. Nothing in this world will drag me back through those doors. Their food is overpriced anyway!

I have been a manager at the bluefield VA location for about 2years, and employed there for longer. I gave my all to being an asset to the business. I received an offer from elsewhere that they wouldn’t match and I couldn’t turn down to provide the best possible for my family. I gave and stayed for a notice period. Received the last payroll 12/21 and was notified at that time that although I had worked very hard for the whole year, I would not receive the Christmas bonus that every manager has been given, citing a technicality as the reason. I have never been so disrespected by an employer before. I expected far better from Mike and Phil. This is one of the reasons you can’t find or keep good employees, they will not thrive when they aren’t respected and valued. You won’t be getting any more of my hard earned money. Merry Christmas.

Ordered club grinder and was supposed to have everything on it and only had the meat on it and was supposed to have extra mayo on it and had NO mayo on it. Also thier site said curbside pickup available, which was the only reason I ordered, and they said NO WE DON’T DO THAT. Definitely NOT worth the price.

They have the tables a little over 6 feet apart. You must wear a mask to after you take your seat. All employees wear a mask. Employees clean each table after use and they highly recommend that you don’t sit at a dirty table. All though I don’t know who in their right mind would sit at at a dirty table to begin with. Me and my hubby go once a month. I am a high risk but I don’t mind going to eat there. I highly recommend them. And they have great food
