Tired of the usual pizza routine, we decided to try a recommendation for Bella Rosa’s. Although ordering and pickup were straightforward and easy, the food was not to the level of the reviews I had seen so far. Maybe it was an off night, but our food was over cooked and dry. The calzone was blackened to the point we had to remove and throw out part of it. The pizza topping was hard and chewy. I have never had a pizza that was a chore to eat before. The rest was okay, but not a meal that I could recommend.

Came in for lunch and it was empty. We stayed and gave it a try. Menu was appropriate so we ordered. I assume our mistake was not ordering pizzas. What we got was very clear it had been cooked in advance and warmed to order. Sausage was chopped which is a sin to start with but then was burnt on one side of each piece from being rewarmed on a flat too or in a pan. Broccoli rabe was mushy and slimy. Another obvious rewarm. Ate pizza here with my son. Nice and cosy place, friendly staff. Plenty of patrons and quite a lot of people do take out. We wanted crispy thin crust pizza, they made it and it was delicious. I had the vegetarian pizza, it was great. My son a simple cheese and meat pizza, good taste and crispy as ordered. Good quality pizza and fresh ingredients for a fair price. Will definitely come back to Bellarosa.

This place though small packs a punch. Owner is a nice guy, established in the community and donates his time and money. The food is solid and everything is homemade. I love the ribeye and the pizza specials are great!

Pizza is actually delicious. It would have been 5 star if the pizza was delivered hot. The driver forgot to bring the soda but then came back again to deliver. I was hungry and mad and the manager probably didn’t appreciate my upset remarks. It is just that we had the movers with us and this pizza was mostly for them. I was upset because the movers who have been working so hard the whole day had to settle for relatively cold Pizza (luke warm). Overall, there is potential for this place – need the right execution.

Holy cow!!! Just got the carb free pizza and it is seriously epic. Finally a gluten free pizza that I can eat that’s delicious!!! Also, the chicken parm and salads we ordered were phenomenal. Everyone was happy!! And the delivery driver was super friendly!! What a nice guy! We wanted to invite him to stay and hang! Bella Rosa is top notch food for sure. I won’t even bother to go elsewhere now.
