I ordered a chicken Parm and eggplant Parm hot subs, they were horrible, the sauce had a funny taste to it, and the chicken cutlets were cut into small pieces instead of putting the whole cutlets on the bread and the eggplant Parm was more melted cheese than eggplant the sauce again was horrible

We placed an order at Bella Notte for two dinners and one salad. This was at 4:53pm. Twenty minutes later, we received an email saying the order was cancelled. It would have been nice to get a phone call, stating this information and what the reason for the cancellation was. We have also had problems with late deliveries and missing items from orders. At this point in time, we are done with Bella Notte.
