I first tried Belinda’s Familia Mexican Restaurant at Taco Fest. The owner was kind and charismatic, and the food was quite memerable. Enough so that, months later when deciding what to eat with our visiting neice on Taco Tuesday, we remembered Belinda’s in Spring Valley. We got there and we’re imediatly greeted with amazing hospitality. During a slight lull the owner came and talked to us for a short bit and we discussed the concert at the end of Taco Fest. The food came out timely and was delicious I recommend the carnitas and you definitely can’t go wrong with the carne asada. Had a bite of my niece’s chicken, it was pretty good too even though I’ve been a little done with chicken lately.

OK have you ever, ever, ever, been to a restaurant and everything on the menu is fantastic? Yeah neither have I until Belinda’s, every thing I have tried on the menu has surpassed my expectations by tenfold. and that’s not all the service is just as good, Belinda and her family of staff make you feel like you are part of her family !

Wow! I am so picky with Cali burritos and this one I had was so good. It was actually a food truck in utc and now I want to drive all the way to their restaurant for another one

I ordered a Cali Burrito and chicken quesadilla at the La Jolla farmers market. Both were disgusting. Threw them both in the trash. Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had

Please never come to Huaxy again. It’s ridiculous how you charge $18 for rice,beans, and 3 small tacos. The tiny tacos are strictly tortilla and meat so dry I need a chaser for my bev; no onions, no lettuce, no cilantro, no lime, literally give us nothing. Stop coming with your food trucks scamming broke college students with your low quality no effort “Mexican” food it’s a joke and shameful.

Love the mini tacos! The chicken, carnitas tacos are my fave! Also love the rolled tacos!!! The owner is very nice and down to earth! I love that they are in spring valley where I work! I can easily take my lunch breaks there! Highly recommend!

1st of all, place is always nice and clean every time I walk in. Customer service is great. The owner has come out every time and greated my family and is so polite. The rest of the staff is great too.

This place is bomb! Easily the best Mexican food in Spring Valley. Belinda’s uses this location as the base for her catering business, so her published business hours may vary. However when she’s open, the food is off-the-charts good with homemade recipes! Her Chipotle burrito is incredible. She also makes Chipotle nachos that are awesome. The mole enchiladas are out-of-this-world! Any that comes out of the kitchen is excellent. I highly recommend this place.
