What’s not to like about Mala Dry Pot? You pick whatever veggie and meat you want and let them cook for you. A warning for those who can’t eat spicy, little spicy is still strong. It’s not all you can eat so watch out for the weight it’s easy to go overboard when picking veggie and meat.

Casual and very authentic mlxg/dry pot place where you can pick and choose what ingredients you would like. They have several pre-chosen combinations, which was what we went with. The intestines were not too oily and fatty or crispy, and they didn’t drown the entire thing with oil. Found the mutton noodles also delicious and compatible with the dry pot. The dry pot is very spicy, I got mild but still found it mouth numbing, so be wary of the spice levels. Portion sizes are great, service can be slow, but that’s an authentic Chinese restaurant for you.

Wonderful! This place has the real spice, which I’d been looking for since Xian Kitchen chickened out 😀

Love the taste here, ingredients are fresh, but it’s a bit pricy, we didn’t order much and it costed us $58 dollars.

Very delicious dry hotpot! I had fun choosing the ingredients I like and there were a lot of options (19.99/lbs for meat and 15.99/lbs for veggies). I ordered a to-go and was pretty happy with the packaging.

Just as the name says this pot was tasty, flavorful, spicy but delicious! You get to choose your own meats and veggies and they cooked them for you in a few minutes. The mild version was pretty spicy for me so make sure to ask for extra mild if you can take spicy !

The place looks like a whole in the wall type of place as some longer in business places might. (we don’t know how long has it been there) we were suspicious however still wanted to give it a try..

I come here frequently and it’s the best spicy dry pot restaurant in Bay Area. The Yibin Meat Noodle is also very tasty but a bit pricey considering its size.

This place was a ripoff! You picked vegetables and meats in separate bowls, and had them weighed at the cashier, time to get ready for a surprise to hear a whopping $47 for a bowl of spicy pot, then you were not sure if the food was enough, and continued to order more… Beef noodle soup came totally unlike the image of the menu. The food was mediocre and very pricy. The service was non-existent and inattentive. We felt stupid to even drop by. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.

I did not order dry pot but rather fried noodles from the menu. The portion looked good given the price. But the place was not very clean, I am not sure if this place has air conditioning because all the doors were kept open which did not provide an ideal dining temperature for sure. Then the tables are sticky and there were flies flying around us which were so annoying.
